			100 Hour- February 2011 in Carlsbad, CA DEPOSIT OPTION Carlsbad, CA (North San Diego County) DEPOSIT OPTION - $500 at time of registration Choose "Add to Cart" if you would like to register for the 100-hour clinical hypnosis training beginning in February, 2011 and would only like to pay the nonrefundable $500 deposit at this time with your registration. DATES OF TRAINING: Phase 1: February 23-27, 2010, Phase 2: May 4-8, 2011 and Phase 3:July 6-10, 2011 VENUE: Tamarack Beach Resort (www.tamarackresort.com). Please identify yourself as a member of the "Yapko group" to receive the best available room rate for your stay. PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS: Option 1: $500 deposit now with registration. Then balance paid prior to first course meeting ($500 now/ $2500 in October) Option 2: $500 deposit now with registration and then dividing the balance of $2500 into three payments as follows: $833 at phase 1, $833 at phase 2 and $834 at phase 3. Choose "Add to Cart" only if you wish to register for the 100-hour clinical hypnosis training beginning in February, 2011 and you want to pay the full amount of $3000 at this time. This training is conducted in three phases and the $3000 payment is for all three phases (15 days of training). DATES OF THIS TRAINING: Phase 1: February 23-27, 2010, Phase 2: May 4-8, 2011, and Phase 3: July 6-10, 2011. VENUE: Tamarack Beach Resort (www.tamarackresort.com). DATES OF TRAINING: Phase 1: February 9-13, 2011, Phase 2: April 13-17, 2011and Phase 3:June 15-19, 2011 VENUE: Broncos Leagues Club (98 Fulcher Road, Red Hill, QLD 4059). TRAINING COSTS and PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS: The cost of this program is US $3500.00 for early bird registration (prior to August 1, 2010 and US $4000 after August 1, 2010)) and charged in US dollars. Your bank makes the conversion into Australian dollars if you are paying with an Australian credit card. The exchange rate is determined by your bank at the time of the transaction. You are urged to contact your bank if you want to know the exact amount being charged. At the time this course was posted in May 2010, the estimated cost of US $3500 was equal to approximately A$ 4375. based upon an exchange rate of 0.8001 from Westpac bank.
